Sobre el hackathon:
Participa en un hackathon estudiantil de 24 horas enfocado en resolver retos financieros o sociales locales utilizando la API de Open Payments de Interledger. Puedes participar de forma individual o en un equipo de hasta 4 personas (cada integrante debe completar el formulario de inscripción).
Idearás, prototiparás y presentarás una solución digital para tener la oportunidad de ganar premios.

Se recomienda ampliamente que completes el curso de Open Payments con anticipación; así tendrás una mejor comprensión de las tecnologías que utilizarás. Más detalles a continuación:

Cómo acceder al curso gratuito de Open Payments en Platzi

1. Ve a Platzi y crea una cuenta gratuita o inicia sesión.
2. Accede al curso: Open Payments with Interledger.
3. Completa las lecciones y aprueba el examen final. (Si no apruebas el examen, deberás esperar 6 horas antes de volver a intentarlo).
4. Deja una reseña breve: comparte tu opinión.
5. Comparte tu certificado con nosotros a través de Slack en el canal #interledger-platzi.

Cómo inscribirse:
Paso 1: Inscríbete de forma individual. Todos deben inscribirse primero por su cuenta, incluso si ya tienes un equipo formado. Si ya sabes el nombre de tu equipo, indícalo en tu inscripción.

Paso 2: Espera la aprobación. Una vez que se apruebe tu inscripción individual, podrás crear oficialmente un equipo o unirte a uno.

Paso 3: Crea o únete a tu equipo. ¿Quieres formar un equipo nuevo? Créalo una vez que se apruebe tu solicitud. Esto generará un código de equipo único que podrás compartir. ¿Quieres unirte a un equipo ya existente? Pídele el código de equipo a un compañero que ya haya sido aprobado y úsalo para unirte una vez que se apruebe tu solicitud.

About the Hackathon:

How to Access the Free Open Payments Course on Platzi

1. Go to Platzi and create a free account or log in.
2. Access the course: Open Payments with Interledger.
3. Complete the lessons and pass the final exam. (If you fail the exam, you must wait 6 hours before retrying.)
4. Leave a short review: Share your feedback
5. Share your certificate with us via Slack in the #interledger-platzi. channel

How to apply:
Step 1: Apply as an individual. Everyone applies on their own first, even if you already have a team lined up. If you already know your team's name, list it in your application.

Step 2: Wait for approval. Once your individual application is approved, you'll be able to officially create a team or join one.

Step 3: Create or join your team. Starting a new team? Create it after your approval comes through. This generates a unique team code you can share. Joining an existing team? Ask a teammate who's already been approved for their team code, then use it to join once your application is approved.
